Clich HERE to submit your application Our pledge to you: We pledge to that you’ll be thrilled with our curriculum and that you’ll never be the same again after taking your first class! As trustees of Cornerstone Christian University, we pray that doctrinal differences that tear the Body of Christ apart should be a thing of the past so God’s truth may be shared. Anyone may enroll and receive a Bible education regardless of religious affiliation or educational background. Each lesson is individually designed, monitored and graded accordingly. Distance-learning students can work online at their own pace with the guidance of their advisor. Students are given personal attention throughout their program and beyond it, if needed.
The name Cornerstone was chosen with the understanding that the principles and the teaching of CCU be founded on Jesus Christ, who is the Chief Cornerstone who builds the house, as stated:….”Behold, I lay in Zion a Chief Cornerstone, elect, precious and he who believes on Him will by no means be put to shame.”….”The stone which the builders rejected has become the Chief Cornerstone.”I Peter 2:6,7
Why should Christians be trained?
So they can…“Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone that asks them to give the reason for the hope that they have.”I Peter 3:15 NIV
Does the Bible ask Christians to study?
“Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman That needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing The word of truth.” II Tim. 2:15 KJV
How then should Christians study?
“For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little,”Isa. 28:10 NKJV
What happens if we do these things?
Paul answers this question: “For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ” Ephesians 4:12-13By studying the Word of God, you will be equipped for service in the Kingdom of God, and you will also be ready to take the position in the Body of Christ to which God has appointed you. You will be able to walk in unity with other believers and you will be a vessel of honor to God who can rightly divide the word of truth.
The Church needs to raise up strong spiritual future leadership
If you want your church members to be strong in biblical understanding, you’ll need to promote and encourage education and training. You must be continually imparting spirit and knowledge into your people, equipping them to assume future leadership positions in your church in areas such as:
- Church Bible School Teachers
- Cell Group Leaders
- Youth Pastors
- Associate Pastors
- Christian Education Directors
- Youth Bible School Teachers
If you offer continuous outstanding training, the quality of your church members’ lives will continually improve, and when they begin leading with you in the church, they will have your heart, your vision, and your spirit. This is priceless! We can provide the training for you or your church, or we can provide you with curriculum to accomplish your goal.
